Went in to get my dogs nails clipped at the groom room. The girl was lovely and really helpful, making a fuss of my scruffy boy. The staff in store were also polite and helpful too.

I was in pets at home tonight with my big pup and he was very energetic/curious about everything around, I can’t thank the staff that was on enough they were excellent customer service was great an were so understanding of a very energetic boy made the situation so much easier again I thank you booth for the great customer service an helpful attitude.

Absolutely great service, we had amazing help from Ronan and he was very patient of our slight knowledge on aquarium plants and animals. I highly recommend this store and i praise Ronan alot for his help with us, thank you!

Bought accessories for new puppy. Staff very friendly and able to answer questions. Also suggested bringing puppy to store to aid socialising. Will definitely take them up on the offer.

My dogs raced upstairs to see the girls. So , to me, that's a sign that they enjoy being there. All calm , looking and smelling lovely, when I went back.

Great store, well set out and the staff are really helpful. I gave the guy my loyalty card and told him I'd left the vouchers at home for money off the dog food so he said to download the app and they show up there too. He said I could do this whilst standing at the checkout as it was quiet so I saved £4 because the staff care about their customers.

We had just got ourselves a little puppy not too far from the shop and since it was our first time having a puppy my wife went into the store and asked the girl behind the desk what she needs kind of thing. Best food, Crate, Bed etc and the girl was brilliant and made sure we got all our promotional discounts and stuff and she did her job exceptionally well. I would highly recommend as when the harness was too small it was exchanged no problems and the girl found one that worked for our little pupper 🙂👍
